  • Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extension
  • Rate: £350 per day (inside IR35)
  • Location: Liverpool Street, London

As a Trade Floor Support role, you'll be responsible for providing rapid response and end-to-end support to Front Office Trading Desks, addressing technical and functional issues across Desktop and Trading applications for multiple business lines.

You'll deliver 2nd and 3rd Line IT support, including MS Windows, Citrix Receiver, MS Office, line-of-business, and specific applications, as well as desk-side assistance for laptops, peripherals like video cameras, and mobile phones in the Trading floor environment.

Key responsibilities include investigating Front Office-related issues, engaging with stakeholders, infrastructure, IT security, and vendors to ensure effective problem management, resolution, and providing English language support to colleagues in the EMEA region with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Additionally, you'll nurture collaborative relationships within the IT division, engage with business users to gather requirements, and manage Trading floor IT support operations by handling calls, tickets, and escalations efficiently. You'll also handle walk-up and email requests, managing IT environment administration tasks such as PC configuration, application software, and SCCM.
