We work with some of the UK's most interesting brands and we're looking for a Digital Artworker to come and join us. Armbands optional.

The Part You'll Play

Regarded as one of the best within McCann's global network, McCann Manchester's studio is immersed in the latest technologies. As part of Craft Manchester's digital studio team, you will proficiently build content for web, amend digital artwork including banner storyboards, email layouts and produce short video animations. Working closely with other department leads you will be able to demonstrate your skills and take ownership of briefs from the project management and creative teams to produce high quality digital ready assets in accordance with client guidelines.

Specifically you'll be responsible for:

• Produce storyboards for web banners using Photoshop

• Build and amend web banners – using Google Web Designer

• Build, upload and test HTML weekly email campaigns

• Animate short videos for Social content

• Work with designers and project managers on website page amends and updates, ensuring adherence to the brief

• Proactively suggest alternative layout solutions and discuss with creative/production, where appropriate

• Ensure all work produced adheres to specified corporate guidelines

• Carry out work as briefed, unless variations to brief are requested

• Retouch images when necessary

• Keep Resource Manager informed of scope of work, workload and highlighting where more time is required

You'll be able to demonstrate:

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Digital Mac Operator / Digital Artworker, ideally gained within an agency environment.

• Fully conversant with core studio programmes; InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

• Experience in coding / programming languages and tools HTML and Google Web Designer

• Working knowledge of animation software; After Effects

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines

• A flexible attitude and a willingness to work on process based briefs
