Overview


You will become an integral part of the logistics team, providing crucial support in managing data, handling administrative duties, and ensuring seamless information flow within the department.

Responsibilities:
- Packaging inventory and conducting daily checks.
- Managing all packaging and customs paperwork.
- Updating and monitoring key KPIs related to supplier performance.
- Managing consumable ordering and stocks.
- Providing general support to the logistics team as needed.

Key skills:
- Previous experience in logistics, data analysis, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and eagerness to acquire new skills and technologies.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
