Powder Coating Technician Position at XYZ Company

Join our team working Mondays to Thursdays from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and Fridays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

  • Prepare material surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
  • Operate modern powder coating plant, equipment, and associated tools
  • Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Communicate any faults or issues with equipment to management promptly
  • Complete production paperwork as required
  • Keep your work area clean and tidy to avoid imperfections in the finish

We require previous experience in powder coating a variety of metal parts with different finishes. Full training will be provided on the equipment and its operation, but prior experience is essential.
