An Excellent opportunity has arisen within Menzies Distribution Solutions for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our operation in Normanton, based on a 40-hour week working Mon-Fri.

You will be ensuring compliance with company policies, assisting the Operations Admin Manager in the completion of the Accounts / HR information on a weekly / monthly basis as well as completing additional filing and general administration duties within the department.

The role requires diligence and the ability to maintain confidential information.

Monday to Friday

Hours of work:
Approx. 9am until 5pm, 40 hours per week

Normanton

Accounts Administrator:

  • Raising weekly & monthly sales invoices
  • Handling purchase invoices and statements, reconciling and communicating with suppliers
  • Reconciling reports sent by Accounts Payable & Credit Control
  • Dealing with any Ad-Hoc Procurement needs
  • Checking revenue streams
  • Data Input
  • Raising and monitoring purchase orders in a timely fashion
  • Effective control of Payroll reports
  • Upkeep of HR System accurate recording of Holidays & Absence
  • New Starter set up
