Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and executing marketing plans, strategies, events, and promotional activities to drive sales and engagement.
  • Owning the delivery of all marketing communications for the business within set quality, time, and budget constraints.
  • Increasing product and service uptake by growing audiences.
  • Assessing and reporting on all marketing strategies and their implementations.
  • Supervising creative agencies and partner retainers.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to craft innovative marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring and evaluating all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Analyzing market trends to inform marketing messages.
  • Managing social media activities aligned with the overall marketing plan.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities and developing corresponding plans.
  • Ensuring clear communication of company marketing goals and enhancing marketing outreach efforts.
  • Ensuring compliance with marketing and copyright regulations.
  • Promoting strong leadership to inspire the team and uphold the company's values.
  • Handling annual marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Regularly sharing progress, strategies, results, and industry insights with the team.
  • Establishing and reviewing performance metrics to enhance the marketing team's effectiveness.
  • Applying knowledge of SEO, lead generation, and affiliate marketing best practices.
  • Leading your team's daily tasks and managing ad hoc projects effectively.
  • Building relationships with colleagues for collaboration and guidance.
  • Understanding Commercial Real Estate regulations and standards.
  • Proficiently using software packages like Office 365 and Google Business Tools.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience with 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

Desirable but not mandatory:

  • Professional qualifications from CIM or the Institute of Data and Marketing.
