This position offers a starting wage of £11.50 per hour. After successfully completing the probation period, you can expect a raise to £12 per hour along with £50 in "love to Shop" vouchers.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all guests receive a warm and hospitable welcome, striving to provide an unforgettable experience throughout their stay
  • Minimize and handle complaints professionally following our established policies
  • Adhere to company guidelines and manuals
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager & Supervisor to boost sales performance and meet targets
  • Maintain control over stock and staff expenses in the absence of Restaurant Managers & Supervisor
  • Adhere to all hotel policies as part of your training
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, upholding our five-star standards
  • Stay updated on current promotions and new product offerings
  • Inform customers about food and drink specials
  • Aid in event setups according to procedures
  • Manage billing systems diligently and ensure accurate processing of payments in line with company policy
  • Comply with cleaning schedules, health, safety, food hygiene regulations
  • Uphold financial and reporting standards as per company policy
  • Maintain good relationships with all hotel departments and facilitate communication throughout the establishment
  • Understand and fulfill responsibilities related to Fire Procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid
  • Perform any other necessary duties as assigned
