Our London team is responsible for providing front-end studies, engineering, procurement, and project management services for various projects such as oil & gas field development, offshore wind HVDC, renewable energy projects, and carbon capture initiatives. Our success is heavily reliant on our people; teamwork is at the core of our major accomplishments. We are currently seeking a Principal Architectural Designer to join our New Build team, based at our Chiswick office in the UK.
Role Responsibilities:- Preparing, maintaining, and verifying the 3D model and discipline drawings for different project phases following construction requirements and timelines.
- Assisting in architectural material take-off activities.
- Managing discipline model administration.
- Establishing CAD standard procedures.
- Coordinating design alignment among disciplines and external parties.
- Preferably HNC certified.
- Over 15 years of post-qualification experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the offshore oil & gas or renewable energy sector.
- Proven experience in Principal Architectural Designer roles within FEED, E&P, or EPC projects.
- Proficiency in utilizing Aveva E3D 3D modeling software.
- Skilled in creating and verifying 2D drawings using Autocad and/or Microstation.
- Thorough understanding of relevant Architectural design standards.
- Capability to lead and organize the architectural design team's work scope.
- Self-motivated and diligent individual capable of independent work.
- Effective communicator and team-oriented individual.
- Experience with multi-office project execution/workshare.
