Job Purpose:


In this dual role within the Company, you will be responsible for supporting our growing Customer Training division with their administrative activities, and for providing administrative resource to our Finance team throughout the duration of an ongoing process improvement project.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Teamwork:

  • Work closely with all members of the team to ensure an efficient and professional service
  • Support and assist colleagues to ensure consistency of information delivered to customers
  • Work flexibly, helping with reasonable ad hoc duties as required

  • Previous experience within an administrative role

  • Good computer skills and ability to work at pace with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable telephone manner
  • Excellent time management, administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
