Our Business
- px Group_ has operated and maintained the Fellside Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant located in Cumbria, since 2004, and also operates the 0.5 km high-hazard pipeline which is the main fuel supply to the site. The site is an upper tier COMAH installation forming part of the Sellafield COMAH enclave.

The Opportunity*We are now recruiting for a SHEQ ADVISOR at our Fellside Combined Heat & Power (FCHP) reporting directly to the SHEQ Manager.

Part of the site SHEQ team the SHEQ Advisor will support the SHEQ Manager in the implementation and achievement of px's SHE Policy, philosophy, and principles in accordance with business and legislative requirements, deputising for both the SHEQ Manager and Environmental Engineer in their absence.

You'll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.

Minimum Requirements:

• NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or willing to work towards achieving.
• Experience of plant Safe Systems of Work including permit to work systems.
• Previous experience of carrying out risk assessments, accident, and root cause investigation.
• Have an uptodate knowledge of SHE UK legislation.
