The Role

As an Administrator, you will contribute to the successful delivery of nationwide programmes including our role as the Community Ownership Fund delivery partner.

Providing excellent customer service and acting as a first point of contact for external enquiries and delivery partners, you will respond to all enquiries, triaging more technical queries.

You will organise programme meetings, prepare relevant papers, attend meetings, and record decisions taken.

Supporting the delivery of programme support, peer networking activities and events, you will extract data from relevant sources and present key informationin spreadsheets, tables, and reports for subsequent analysis.


Additionally, you will:

  • Support effective usage of our Salesforce CRM
  • Ensure that partner invoices are received, checked and provided for approval

About You
To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:

  • Experience of delivering administrative support
  • Experience of supporting the organisation of regular meetings and associated papers
  • Experience in a customer or clientfacing role
  • Some understanding of local community organisations
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform or equivalent CRM platform
  • Teamworking skills (particularly where the whole team is not based in same office)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills
  • IT literacy, including the Microsoft Office suite
