Duties include:
- Liaise with company departments such as finance and transport
- Filing and efiling
- Preparing and distributing documentation
- Data cleansing and system management
- Manage to customer order process from start to finish
Experience:
It is essential to maintain confidentiality awareness and professionalism when dealing with all customers.
Company specific computer system training will be given.
Experience in the fuel industry is not essential, but the applicant must show willingness to learn and develop for the role.
