Alexander Steele has partnered with a successful frozen food producer. The business operate globally, and they supply retail, food service and B2B channels in the UK.

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Telesales Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development strategies and meeting revenue targets.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and confident individual to develop their career with a reputable company.

Responsibilities:

nUtilising both in-house data and self-generated leads to reach out to new and potential customers, introducing them to products and services.nCoordinating qualified meetings for the field sales team and ensuring proper follow-up and internal communication of feedback.nFacilitating the arrangement of customer product samples and ensuring prompt receipt of feedback.nMaintaining up-to-date files, contact information, and customer pricing, and sharing new information across relevant teams.nAlerting account managers to any issues that arise.nCollaborating with customers to ensure accurate sales forecasts and sharing them internally to keep buying schedules current.nProposing promotional ideas aligned with stock levels.nProcessing and uploading orders accurately and promptly within order cut-off times.nEngaging in telephone and email correspondence with customers regarding orders, delivery details, and inquiries.nCollaborating with colleagues as a team to effectively manage customer accounts.nCoordinating with our logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and communicating any issues directly to customers.nPursuing outstanding debts to maintain customers within credit terms.nAssisting with other associated general administrative tasks and providing support to colleagues in both the UK and European offices, as needed.


Requirements:
nExcellent telephone mannernMinimum two years telesales experiencenIdeally food industry experiencenComfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM applicationsnAbility to communicate effectively within a fast-paced team environmentnDriven with a competitive nature
