Our client, based in Leeds, LS10 is looking for permanent Counterbalance Driver

Shift: 8am - 5pm

Monday-Friday

  • 42.5 hrs weekly
Salary is £12.50 p/h plus Accuracy Bonus after 6 months probationary period passed

Overtime available

Responsibilities include:

Drive and operate counterbalance (articulated forklifts will be advantage)

Conduct routine pre
- and post-operational checks on forklift equipment

Load and unload materials onto/from vehicles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Safely stack and secure items in designated areas within the warehouse

Put pallets away in designated storage locations

Pick and marshal pallets for outbound shipments with attention to detail and accuracy

General Warehouse Duties

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

Collaborate with team members to fulfil general warehouse tasks as needed

  • Valid UK forklift operator's license
  • Proven experience in operating both counterbalance and articulated forklifts.
  • Strong attention to safety protocols
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items
  • Good communication skills and a teamoriented mindset
