    Location: Warrington, Andover or Bristol (hybrid working in line with current policy)
  • We are recruiting an enthusiastic and energetic marketing and administrative specialist to join the Medical Membership Organisation and enhance its local member engagement programme and to codevelop a national programme for the advocates.
  • The Membership Organsation is unique in having a federal structure of local 'Faculties' that enhances engagement with members. Faculties are groups of local members that develop and deliver initiatives to support fellow members and further organisation' vision.
  • This role will seek to
-
develop events, resources, and processes to support Faculty members to be advocates for the College and to celebrate their success, by reporting on local activity.
  • You will have
-
events experience in order to coordinate and deliver a series of online and face to face events for Faculty Board members to provide training for them in their roles and to enhance their engagement with the College.
  • You will use your
-
marketing skills to track and report on Faculty activity and promote their work to both external and internal audiences, as well as to support the team to understand the needs of their local members, by reviewing trends in activity. You will have good communication skills and experience in
-
digital marketing in order to write and disseminate content to increase member engagement with Faculty activity.
  • Working across the organisation, you will perform an important linking function, representing the English Faculties team in internal working groups and facilitating discussions between crossFaculty community groups, seeking collaboration with other departments for national member initiatives. You will use your experience to provide crucial backoffice support to the national Faculties team to oversee and improve the efficiency of our administrative processes.
