This is a great opportunity to join an innovative team and take ownership of some of their key production workflows that drive business success.
At the forefront of their industry, they are looking for someone to now lead their custom production workflow initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and deliver maximum value to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
nDevelop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the custom production workflow in collaboration with key stakeholders.nConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.nEngage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.nCreate, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog to guide development teams effectively.nWrite detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support the development and testing process.nDefine and document product features, ensuring clarity for the development team.nGather and analyse customer feedback to inform product enhancements.nCollaborate closely with the Dev Manager to ensure adherence to agile practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
nPrevious experience in a Product Owner, or similar role, within a technical environmentnProven experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps, with the ability to facilitate sprint planning.nStrong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and detailed user stories.nProficient in analysing data, conducting market research, and using metrics to inform decisions.nSkilled in gathering and integrating customer feedback to inform product enhancements and prioritise features.nA relevant qualification such as Certified Product Owner (SAFe or equivalent), Certified Scrum Master or BCS Business Analysis Foundation are desirable.
