As a 1:1 ASD SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the student with ASD on a 1:1 basis, providing support and assistance to help the student make progress in their academic and personal development.

The role is 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 8:30am-3:30pmResponsibilitiesSupporting the student with transition from home schooling back into schoolProviding support and assistance to help the student make progress in their academic and personal developmentWorking closely with the teacher to ensure that the student's needs are being metSupporting the student throughout the day, both in and out of the classroom - there will be a week or so at home building a rapportLiaising with parents and other professionals to ensure that the student is receiving the best possible support and careRequirements: Experience working with autismThis is an immediate start, DBS on the update service is required.
