As a whole, the group employs over 600 enthusiastic staff, owns over 180 vehicles and trades from over 75 sites, the majority of which are freehold.

Part of this group is EU Linco, a large Motor Factor chain operating from 6 sites across the Lincolnshire area. Our EU Linco - Boston Branch has a vacancy for a Sales Centre Operative for our busy Boston branch.

This role is part of a very busy Sales Team and is an office based role. Hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 (x1 hour for lunch) and some Saturdays which will be on a rota. Saturday hours are 8.30am noon.

Taking phone calls from customers and staff including trade contacts, helping and assisting them with what parts they need for their vehicles

Using the computer system to look up information ie: car parts

Some counter work may be involved

You will have a passion for giving great customer service and be able to work in a team. This is a fast-paced role, therefore we are looking for someone who can think on their feet and tackle any given task with a hands-on, can-do approach.
