Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and offering assistance
  • Showing customers where to find items or directing them to alternatives
  • Handling cash, using tills and Point of Sale (POS) equipment
  • Working towards sales targets
  • Maintaining merchandising and store housekeeping to a high standard
  • Increasing sales and highlighting promotional items to customers
  • Rotate and replenish stock on the shop floor

Expected Experience:

  • Good customer service with previous experience in a customer facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using computer systems (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a bonus, but not essential, training can be given)
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices

From £11.50 per hour
