Phoenix Housing Support are a growing company providing Supported Accommodation to young people in Cumbria aiming to provide the best care for the young people we work with and the best service for our customers.

Some of the key responsibilities and duties of the role are:

  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Maintaining spreadsheet logs for statutory functions
  • Creating well formatted documents and templates
  • Data inputting
  • Support the accounts manager with administrative tasks, such as processing of additional hours, mileage and expenses, scanning receipts and invoices
  • Managing the correspondence and communications of the organisation
  • Taking minutes for meetings
  • Scheduling of meetings and appointments within the company and the arrangement of refreshments and other corporate catering


There may be times where you may be asked to go to one of our supported accommodation premises (all within a 5-mile radius of the office); therefore, a full enhanced DBS is a requirement for this role and a driving licence with business insurance is advantageous.
