Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a Supply Planner to be part of the dynamic Operations team on a global scale, under the leadership of the Head of Supply Planning. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing supply plans spanning 24 months across multiple warehouse and vendor sites.

About the Company

Our client is a rapidly expanding player in the beauty sector, committed to transforming conventional makeup and skincare practices. They have witnessed impressive growth since their establishment, garnering substantial sales, attracting a diverse global clientele, and assembling a skilled team dedicated to innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing supply plans at SKU/warehouse level.
  • Cultivating strong vendor partnerships.
  • Executing and monitoring purchase orders until delivery.
  • Developing 18-month rolling supply plans for vendors.
  • Working closely with vendors to optimize inventory levels.
  • Managing Supply Chain data pertinent to supply planning.

Requirements

The following proficiencies will be beneficial in excelling in this position:

  • Demonstrated experience in Supply Planning, especially in Excel.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Deep understanding of master data management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, with a preference for Netsuite.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm for cultivating collaborative work environments and enhancing operational processes.
