Corporate Commercial Solicitor at a Leading Law Firm in Gloucestershire

An esteemed full-service law firm in Gloucestershire is in search of a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their dynamic corporate and commercial law team. If you are a proactive legal professional with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), this is an outstanding opportunity to grow your expertise in commercial law.

  • Provide specialized corporate commercial advice to individual and corporate clients.
  • Demonstrate expertise in areas like asset acquisition/sale, share acquisition/sale, shareholder agreements, and company formation.
  • Proven track record in business development and managing your own caseload.
  • Maintain excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and self-management abilities are crucial.
  • Experience with case management systems like LEAP is a plus.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and caseload management.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Robust organizational skills and a proactive work approach.
  • Knowledge of case management systems, particularly LEAP, is advantageous.
