Digital Analyst - Retail

London Bridge, Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Our client stands out in the retail sector with over 500 stores nationwide, providing a lively and collaborative work environment that nurtures your creativity and strategic mindset.


In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams such as CRM, Marketing, and Paid Search, reporting directly to the Head of Digital, shaping projects, and seizing opportunities in a highly collaborative setting.

  • Monitor and report on analytics data from Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Hotjar to pinpoint areas for enhancing the customer journey.
  • Formulate proposals for enhancing conversions on components like landing pages and lead generation forms, managing project planning and execution from start to finish with the Head of Digital's support.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create and launch new visual assets to enhance the website.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, regularly conduct competitor analysis to update the team on competitor activities and potential opportunities.
  • Maintain the website's high operational standards, including applying and upholding SEO best practices.

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of digital brand experience, preferably in the retail/ecommerce sector
  • Proficiency in Excel
