Field Sales Performance Analyst


plays a pivotal role in reviewing, analysing and summarising the effectiveness of the various field sales teams within AG Barr.


nInfluencing the delivery of our core business objectives:

n- Market Share growth within Symbol & Independent storesn- Enhancing Visibility & Availability within Multiple storesn- Growing distribution, visibility & availability within Out Of Home and Wholesale customersnThis role requires strong analytical rigour to enable sales management to understand what's driving their teams performance.

Your responsibilities will include...nAs a

Field Sales Performance Analyst

your responsibilities will include;nPerformance Analysis:
Analyse internal and external data to understand teams impact against business KPIs, providing regular updates on team and individual performance

nReport Architect:
Responsible for creation & maintenance of required reports to drive performance understanding and ultimately a high performance culture

nMeaningful Insights:
As a performance analyst you will collect, organise, cleanse and interpret data to find meaningful and actionable insights.

You must be able to identify and apply the most appropriate analytical techniques to bring different data sources together, tell a story with data and challenge assumptions about data.


nDeep Dive:
On request or via personal intuition there is a regular requirement to establish what's driving or impacting performance, the role holder should be able to identify areas of further review, carry out this review and present back findings with recommendations for actionn

Data Consumability:
Understand each of your key stakeholders and ensure that reports and dashboards are consumable across a range of data literacies

nReview & Enhancement:
Work collaboratively with sales managers and representatives to regularly review reporting requirements, enhancing outputs inline with business expectations.
