Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of all finance admin and both internal and external communications
  • Day to day management of purchase ledger
  • Purchase invoice processing ensuring correct coding of invoices and compliance with purchase orders
  • Payment of supplier invoices
  • Supplier payment postings
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Day to day management of sales ledger
  • Customer receipt cash postings
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • General administrative support to the finance team
  • Supporting with the management of Fleet cars**
  • Previous Experience using the Xero system
  • Previous experience using the Microsoft Packages
  • Experience within a Finance Assistant role
