Our client is a successful games studio located in the Central Mediterranean region. They are looking for a talented Art Director to join their passionate team. Help define the art direction and navigate the development of artwork content suitably. Collaborate closely with the creative director and art team to create and improve visual identity for projects. Work with producers and other leaders to establish and monitor artwork, adapting it to the game standards. Mentor junior members by demonstrating strong people management skills.

Who you are:
6+ years' experience in a creative leadership role and 3+ years in an Art Director role. Shipped at least two titles, preferably one AAA title on a next-generation console. Brilliant illustration and conceptual skills with a realistic art style. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong knowledge of 3D art pipelines and technical limitations associated with various gaming engines.

Bonus:
Experience using Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter and Photoshop. Skilled in coordinating the art team's operations and content output.
