Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Customer Experience Advisors to join our contact centre which has a fantastic reputation for providing great customer service.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working from our offices in central Bath and working from home.
***You'll be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of anything from information on products and order updates to complaints, always aiming to resolve first time
- Improving customer satisfaction by owning a customer query through to resolution
- Taking an active role in complaint resolution with the aim to resolve on first contact
- Calling customers to book installations, outlining the process, and answering questions
- Problem solving and contributing to the improvement of working processes within the team and wider business
- Sharing information with colleagues and updating knowledge management systems
Who are you?
You will have worked as a
Customer Experience Advisor before. You know what it's like working in a fast paced, inbound and outbound contact centre role.
We're looking for:
- Great customer service skills and confident telephone manner.
- Previous experience within a call centre environment.
- A 'can do, solution focused' attitude
- Previous experience in first line support
- An understanding of contact centre technology
- Ability to work well under pressure

Shift Pattern
Monday to Saturday - 8am to 4pm. (Saturdays are worked on a rota basis with a day off in lieu)
