What you'll be doing
Hitachi Europe Ltd (HEU) currently have a 6-month opportunity for a Personal Assistant to provide support and administrative assistance at an Executive level.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Arrange meetings, coordinate room bookings and catering arrangements if necessary
- Process expenses claims
- Departmental filing
- Translation and interpretation of documents written in Japanese, and also English to Japanese
- Booking travel arrangements, flights, hotel bookings, dinner arrangements etc.
- Diary management including booking appointments and managing the schedule of the Development Officer
- Provide general administrative support as required, such as preparation of letters, presentations etc.
- Provide facility administrative support.
What you bring to the team
We're looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision. The role will be a mixture of remote-hybrid work with days in the Hitachi Office [Location].
- Fluency in Japanese and English language is essential, both verbal and written
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
- A professional approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in a PA role within a Japanese company would be beneficial
