You will also be responsible for operating the pager system for locating members of staff and management.

There will be some administration duties and the telephonists must be prepared to cover the front Reception desk if required.


Telephonist Key Attributes

  • Previous experience within the hotel industry is desired, however, training will be given.
  • Good telephone manner and a friendly and polite personality
  • Good communicator with a clear voice and a fluent understanding of spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
