In 2020, Barbour launched Wax for Life, an overarching name for all of Barbour's wax services designed to encourage customers to extend the life of their wax garments.

Wax for Life includes re-waxing and repairs (first introduced in 1921) and Barbour Re-Loved an upcycling circularity initiative. Each year over 70,000 wax garments are sent back to Barbour globally to be repaired, rewaxed or altered.

Position Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Studio Producer to join our In-house Studio team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role will be key to facilitating the smooth running of the photographic studio, and coordinating/executing the delivery of seasonal ecommerce assets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordination and implementation of the seasonal studio schedule & ecommerce budgets
• Track and log outgoing costs vs forecasted seasonal budget
• Facilitate the day to day running of the studio's ecommerce output
• Ensure that all seasonal ecommerce assets are delivered on time, on brief and inline with brand guidelines
• Enforce and coordinate all logístical studio processes to ensure maximum efficiency and output of all assets
• Oversee handover of all seasonal ecommerce assetsensuring that they have been proofed and undergo relevant quality control processes
• Manage the booking of models and freelancers for all ecommerce requirements
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to respond to all studio enquiries specifically the Ecommerce, Digital and UK teams
• Oversee the request, booking in & out and upkeep of all studio stock and coordinate all seasonal stock takes
• Coordinate the delivery and execution of range directory assets to support seasonal launches
• Supervise the production assistant and studio placement student to support in all of the above
• Contribute to other special projects when required

Desirable:

• Previous experience working in an ecommerce/studio environment is highly desirable.
