We are working closely with a beautiful school in Tonbridge, who are in need of full-time Early Years Practitioners to join their lovely nursery team.

The school is very welcoming, and they focus on creating a nurturing, stimulating and dynamic environment for all of their pupils.

Early Years Practitioner Level 3 qualification

  • Experience working within a nursery environment
  • A passion for working with children
Keep a record of the children's progress to share with parents and other carers

  • Build and maintain relationships with parents and other carers to facilitate the daily learning and care of the children
  • Provide support to other nursery staff members
  • Create an environment that meets the needs of the children by considering their cultural and medical needs
  • Advise the Nursery Manager about concerns relating to a child or parent while respecting confidentiality requirements
  • Adhere to the nursery's policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements relating to child care
  • Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness and hygiene
  • Create fun and educational activities for the children under their care
