Job Description

As an Associate Director in Water Engineering at AECOM Ireland, you will play a key role in delivering consultancy services to strategic clients. Your responsibilities will include leading the Health and Safety services team and contributing to the growth and delivery objectives of the Water Ireland team.

Key aspects of the role will include:

  • Development of the Health & Safety services portfolio.
  • Management of the Health & Safety services delivery team.
  • Securing reappointment and winning new appointments.
  • Supporting H&S aspects of pursuits.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Role Duties & Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective delivery of PD/PSDP duties.
  • Supervise and lead PD/PSDP team members.
  • Manage projects from bid stage to completion.
  • Deliver project inputs within set requirements.
  • Drive quality during project delivery.
  • Work collaboratively to maintain a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

  • Civil Engineering degree.
  • Experience in managing PDs and PSDPs under CDM regulations.
  • Experience in project Health and Safety compliance.
  • Ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
