Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are looking to speak with HR Advisors. We have a new role with our prestigious client in Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and dedicated generalist HR advice and support across all areas, ensuring alignment with current legislation, best practices, and organizational policies and procedures.

Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations, safeguarding requirements (including safer recruitment), GDPR, and Health & Safety standards.
You will be dealing with complex ER Issues and will be supporting line managers.
