To manufacture cream products in line with the manufacturing procedure and specification.- Deliver the production plan effectively with quality being the priority Lead Health and Safety standards within the area and the team and ensure that all demonstrate personal responsibility for their safety. Ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported within the correct timescales. Ensure the Quality standards are driven with compliance against all GMP and Customer expectations and standards. Deliver products, processes and packaging to the defined specifications. Deliver the production plan and develop and maintain good communications / working relationships between Manufacturing and Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are delivered. Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques.
