Main Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Quarry Manager and oversee quarrying operations during the Night shift
- Ensure safety, operational standards, cost control, people management, customer satisfaction, and performance enhancement
- Ensure plant compliance with business policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop a skilled team for business continuity
- Lead change and improvement initiatives, maintain stock management, and generate operational reports
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures, risk assessments, and staff training
- Oversee training programs, report monthly KPIs, and enhance operational performance
- Supervise Railhead operations

Requirements:
- Experience in Quarrying Operations
- Knowledge of IOSH/NEBOSH and Quarry Technology
- Understanding of Risk Assessments and Safe Work Systems
- Familiarity with production processes, H&S, and Environmental policies
- Proficiency in SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change
