Responsibilities as a Meet recruiter:

nBuilding and managing a solid network of relevant contacts within the Pharma/Life Sciences industry.nConsistently developing existing and new relationships with clients.

Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.nManaging a full-cycle recruitment process from initial phone calls to completion/closing offers.nAppreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results across the business unit.nManaging complexity, change, expectations, negotiations etc., within a business environmentnWorking within a team to deliver on both team and individual targetsnEffectively demonstrating company best practices and promoting brand awarenessnAct as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.nAutonomously prioritise own workload, both in terms of personal billing and mentoring.nSupports Division Manager through training, standing in when required and driving initiatives and company values.


What are we looking for from our Senior/Lead recruiters?nConsistently hitting individual deal targets, be that monthly, quarterly or annually.nYou have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency and enjoy mentoring colleagues OR being an individual contributor.nExcellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.nMaintain high levels of motivation to achieve development goals – individual and while mentoring.

nProven success working in a fast-paced environmentnAbility to be resilient and proactive in addressing new challenges on a regular basisnAbility to be a team player and work autonomouslynSomeone who appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results across the business unit
