About Our Client:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional guidance and advice on HR matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing HR letters, documents, and communications.
  • Collaborate with the team to address employee relations (ER) issues
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with performance management processes, offering insights and suggestions to improve employee performance and engagement.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks, as needed.
  • Utilize your initiative to handle unexpected challenges and tasks that arise during the contract period.

The Successful Applicant:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong grasp of HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in drafting professional HR letters and documents.
  • Ability to provide effective advice and guidance to colleagues, utilizing strong communication skills.
  • Experience with employee relations, case investigations, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with IRIS cascade and competence in setting up MS Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the confidence to use your initiative when required.
  • Adept at analyzing complex scenarios and breaking down cases for investigation.
