As a member of staff you'll please thousands of people with the best milkshakes in the North East.

You'll create that all-important first impression for customers, setting the standard of service that keeps people returning again and again.

Your role will involve serving customers with a huge variety of milkshakes, keeping your work area clean and tidy, promotional activities and distributing leaflets as and when required.

• Previous experience within retail or similar environment.
• The ability to make our customer's experience a truly exceptional one so they return time and time again.
• The ability to work on your own initiative, as part of a team and to cope with changing priorities.
• A calm and resilient work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Tasks General Duties

• Taking orders, serving customers and using the till.
• Making milkshakes
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Deep cleaning shop after closing.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure that all customer orders are processed as quickly as possible and to the highest standards
• Ensure that any customer complaints are dealt with in accordance with company policy

Sales:

• Ensure that visual merchandising standards are achieved and that all products are displayed in accordance with company policy

Promotion:

• Promotional activities such as leaflet distribution.

£5.90-£10.50 per hour
