Revise and develop a social value strategy for the project, including a 12 month look ahead with key milestones established as well as accountability from the team to support its delivery.

Build a communications plan with the project team and co-ordinate regular external comms as set out in the plan, and required by Leicestershire Council
Collaborate with the project team to maximise social impact
Collaborate with internal Business Units
Ensure complaints, queries and compliments are responded to and resolved within 24 hours
Keep up to date records of key stakeholders and any concerns the project team should mitigate
UK Driver's license with flexibility to travel as required.
