Our mission is to create lush and bountiful environments where customers can reconnect with the healing energy of plants. We are seeking a passionate and efficient Barista/Cafe Assistant to join our team at the Beccles branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages with exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Assist customers in our beautiful botanical cafe, ensuring a delightful experience.
  • During quiet periods, assist with houseplant care and provide advice to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organised cafe environment.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous barista experience is preferable, but full training will be given.
  • A passion for houseplants and horticulture is highly desirable.
