Responsibilities:

  • Full 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Road Haulage and Distribution markets
  • Business development via marketing techniques, sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
  • Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
  • Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs.
  • Account management
  • Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
  • Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
  • Matching workers to vacancies
  • Rotating on call duties required

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:

  • Successful business development skills
  • Account management

  • Proven record of success in B2B
  • Excellent level of customer service
  • Must be articulate and enthusiastic
  • A selfstarter with the desire to progress within their career
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in recruitment/ recruitment agency is essential for the role.
  • 2 years' experience working within Industrial, or Transport Recruitment is desirable
  • Own transport is essential for this role
