IT Mi Analyst

About the Role

Reporting to the IT MI Team Lead, the role will support the wider Digital & Technology (D&T) function to effectively manage and govern the technology environment.

You will provide reporting and oversight to facilitate and drive improvements to the control environment, providing holistic and consolidated reporting and analysis where needed.

Production of management information & reports, analysis of data and attending & administering meetings and NSSL governance sessions will be a primary aspect of the role.

You will continuously improve, identify and implement process refinements that arerelevant to the role, whilst ensuring all procedures are kept up to date and reviewed on a regular basis.

About You

You should have the ability to proactively manage a complex workload and engage with people of varying levels across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement in the collation and publication of performance data.

You will naturally proactivelyseek to continue developing your capabilities to deliver the requirements of the role.

The following skills are essential for the role:

• Experience production management Information & Reports
• Ability to analyse management information and data

The following skills are desirable:

• Experience producing high quality documentation
• Experience working in an ITIL environment
• Experience in Power BI
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of the Financial Services Industry
