We are a dynamic engineering business specialising in the aerospace market, collaborating with major airlines and manufacturers.
Our team of workshop and field-based engineers provides maintenance and repairs to aircraft tooling and equipment across the UK and Europe.
Headquartered in Poole, Dorset, we also have offices and workshops at key aerospace hubs throughout the UK.This critical role involves supporting both internal and external customers with all aspects of repairing customer equipment.
You will collaborate closely with field-based engineering teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and meet customer expectations.
Schedule surveys across all customer sites for Field Engineers.Allocate work to engineering teams and book sub-contractors.
Update our asset management system and customer online tracking system.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the business.
Proactive approach with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Strong planning and organisational skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
Proficient in MS Office (Email, Outlook, Word, Excel).
Full clean driving licence.
Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
Comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support.
