Flexi Support Worker

Are you currently working in care and looking for more hours around your current role? Do you want a position that offers flexibility? At BS Social Care, we are seeking dedicated individuals with care experience to join our team and assist individuals with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

What we'll need from you:

  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ability to monitor and ensure resident safety
  • Preferably understanding of challenging behavior
  • Approachable, proactive, and friendly attitude
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Care
  • DBS registered on the Update Service (preferably)
