Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire – local and international travel requirednAbout the rolenThe principle responsibilities of this role are:nOperational responsibility for delivery of NDT servicesnOperational responsibility for the safety of NDT personnel both on TEAM and client sitesnOperational responsibility for the day-to-day management of all NDT personnel, including performance reviews, succession plans, personnel development and discipline.nCompliance with all company and statutory procedures and standards.nBe the operational focal point and liaison between the client and company regarding the delivery of worknResponsible for identifying and verifying the timely deployment of the agreed resourcesnPromoting integrated relationship with clients.


nAbout you:


nTo be successful in this role, you will need:nPCN Level 2 in MPI, DPI and UT (essential)nA Full UK Driving License (essential)nSignificant NDT experience at a senior levelnMust have a sound knowledge of the fabrication process and can demonstrate an understanding of the key inspection and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methodologies and their application.nExceptional communication skills at all levels with both internal and external customersnExperience of managing and supervising of staffnECITB Safety leadership & IOSH & NEBOSH (desirable)nRadiography, ECT, AUT, PAUT, TOFD, HRD, PMI, CSWIP (desirable)nAdditional InformationnTEAM is a world-wide leader in providing fully integrated industrial service solutions.

This role sits within the Inspection team, which aims to provide full scope of services from conventional to enhanced inspections.nWith clear vision and set goals for the future, we want to invest in your future within the team.

Being a part of a multi-disciplined team, you will also have opportunity to diversify your skillset, gaining skills and qualifications in additional TEAM Service Lines, allowing you to be deployed as a Multiskilled Technician.
