We are actively seeking a committed and seasoned Health and Safety Manager to join our team.Drive a program to create and advance a culture of safety management and positive safety behavior within all levels of the organization.
# Work alongside line management and operational teams to improve the safety of the working environment by identifying and assessing risks, and developing effective mitigation strategies.# Support the development and implementation of Group Safety Standards.
# Monitor the business's compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures, advising managers on areas of non-compliance.
# Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.
# Maintain and advance the division's Health and Safety Management System.
# Manage and support health and safety training needs, including direct delivery of training where applicable.
# Ensure all accidents and near misses are reported and investigated according to company policies.
# Conduct internal audits, workplace inspections, and health & safety tours.
NEBOSH Diploma qualified or working towards
Training/Workshop design and delivery skills
Ability to translate health & safety knowledge into actions
Experience in developing and promoting a positive Health & Safety culture
