  • Main Responsibilities_:
  • To perform warehouse operations including the picking of product, goods inward and despatch including all supporting paperwork as per company procedures.
  • To complete all duties under warehouse ownership, such being cleanliness, control of pack conditioning, generator tests, consumable orders etc.
  • Support the Shift Supervisor in overseeing warehouse operations including but not limited to:
  • Assist in training/coaching new team members.
  • Support cover of coordination of workload in Shift Supervisors' absence.
  • Ensure the facility is secure when working a late shift.
  • Act as a point of contact within the Warehouse to manage related queries.
  • Support Specialist project requirements i.e. 40°C, LN2 activities
  • Support Deviation investigations and identification of CAPA actions.
  • To document any changes to controlled areas by the log book system.
  • Support all other areas of the business and provide support to any queries in a timely manner.
  • Support all levels of management with continuous improvement and growth of the business.
  • Support courier booking of courier AWB for ongoing shipments.
  • Support sales order administration tasks i.e. Scanning of warehouse sales order jobsheets, updating IRT systems and reporting temperature excursions.
  • Support stock management exercises and stock cycle counting activities
  • To assist with the maintenance of equipment.
  • To comply with the Company's Health and Safety standards and workwear policy.
  • From time to time, the listed duties may be undertaken at our PCI Dublin and PCI Berlin sites. In such cases, the person will be responsible for ensuring they are properly trained in the local procedures and that their training record is maintained and up to date.
  • The scope of the activities undertaken at PCI Dublin / PCI Berlin is limited to projects managed or distributed from the PCI Bridgend facility.
  • Shipments are received and booked in, within a timely manner.
  • Despatched products accurately and on time.
  • Be proactive in any communications.
  • Requirements:_
  • Warehouse Experience
  • GMP knowledge
  • IT literate
