As part of our wider Compliance team, the Quality Assurance team plays a crucial role in mitigating risks, increasing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering internal quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize business risks.
  • Provide administrative and support services to the team, including file selections and logging QA outcomes.
  • Take charge of daily chasers, ensuring timely followups and maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Conduct processbased QA reviews as required.
  • Maintain automated spreadsheets to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Assist in preparing reports, charts, and visualisations to effectively communicate data findings.
  • Comply with all Gallagher Bassett and office procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as required by Gallagher Bassett.

Qualifications:

  • Secondary school education or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work well with mínimal supervision and embrace new challenges.
  • Proactive and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Confident written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
