This role will support the onsite Technical and New product Development team to enable growth and development of new, tasty and exciting products whilst ensuring food safety is maintained in the bakery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Uploading information to internal systems
- Audit systems for missing information
- Printing artwork for checking by relevant teams
- Laminating specifications for the Bakery / Technical / NPD teams
- Assist the HACCP team
- Assist with collation of stock lists
- Assist with the chasing of suppliers for new / updated Supplier documentation and specifications.
- Take minutes at meetings and issue once approved
- Maintaining current filing systems and archiving where appropriate
- Any other varied admin tasks that become necessary on an ongoing basis
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient user of Microsoft: Outlook, Word and Excel

- Experience of using an ERP Data Base system
- High Fluency in reading and writing English

- Able to work under timeline pressure for deadlines
