Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment, props, and set pieces before, during, and after filming.
  • Run errands as needed, such as picking up supplies, food, or equipment from vendors or other locations.
  • Keep the space clean and organized by clearing away debris, trash, and equipment.
  • Provide general assistance to the production crew, including fetching tools and transporting equipment.
  • Assist with crowd control and ensuring the safety of cast, crew, and spectators on set.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, relaying messages and information as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the event coordinator, assistant director, or other senior staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role on film, television, or theater productions is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as production schedules dictate.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (if required for running errands).
